Welcome!

I needed a space to get out everything….. to download….. to vent….. to find ways to make myself a happier, healthier human. So, here I am….. blog city. Time to find my perfect vision (see what I did there? 2020 vision?). I’m going to have a spot where I’m venting, discussing mental health issues I’m going through, issues I’m going through in life, finding healthy recipes and workouts…… I need a place to come to so I can flow all my ideas, anger, thoughts….. anything….. out of my body and into cyberspace. Hopefully this can help more people than just me!
